Miss Congeniality is a movie staring Sandra Bullock, Michael Caine, Benjamin Bratt and Candince Bergen with a ton of extra stars in various cameo appearances. The critics really seem to hate this movie and nailed it hard in the reviews. When one critic called it "mindless comedy", I knew this was a movie I had to see.

In short, Sandra Bullock plays an FBI agent that is more at home having a beer and watching the game with the boys than doing anything feminine. As the only young, hot female FBI agent she is assigned to a case dealing with terrorist threats against beauty pageant contestants and has to go undercover as Miss New Jersey. The movie revolves around her attempts at being a girl and in the end she gets the bad guys and Mr. hottie, Benjamin Bratt to boot. This is not an academy award winning drama by any means, but if you are looking for a nice escape from reality then this is your movie.

Another reviewer put it best when they said "Anyone wanting to dislike this film will. Anyone willing to cut it a few miles of slack will enjoy it just might enjoy themselves. My advice is to pop that popcorn, ignore the absurdities, politely refuse to acknowledge Sandra Bullock's snorting, and have some fun."
